Every workout puts you one step closer to the next promotion. In Rank Fitness your progress is measured in Experience Points (XP). Every exercise, workout, challenge and milestone earns XP so you can climb the ranks and prove your commitment.

How you earn XP

The rules below define every reward in the gamification system.

10 XP

Exercise completed

Earn XP every time you finish an exercise.

50 XP

Full workout

Finish the entire training session and get bonus XP.

100 XP

Daily goal met

Hit your daily training goals for extra rewards.

250 XP

7 days in a row

Train several days in a row and build your streak.

150 XP

New personal record (PR)

Beat a personal record and get rewarded for it.

200 XP

30 days without missing

Complete a full month without missing a scheduled workout.

25 XP

Update weight/measurements

Keep your body assessment current and stack up XP.

Rank progression

Every 1,000 XP you earn unlocks a new military-inspired rank.
